Corporate and product launch events in Malawi

We run launches, conferences, partner days, donor functions and staff events, from the brief to the day itself. That covers the venue, the guest list, suppliers, catering, transport and accommodation. Our events range from forty guests to 300, and most have between forty and 120.

How it runs

  1. 01Brief and budget

We agree what the event is for and what it can cost.

  2. 02Venue and format

We fix the room and the date before anything else.

  3. 03Suppliers and schedule

We put every supplier on one running order.

  4. 04Guests

We invite your guests, confirm them and look after them on the day.

  5. 05On the day, and after

One named person runs the day, and you receive the film and photographs afterwards.
