Who these apply to

Anyone using pixelflares.com, including the Malawi section at /mw/. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

What the site is

A description of what Pixel Flares does and examples of work we have done. It is not an offer, a quote, or advice, and nothing on it forms a contract. Figures attributed to a client are that client’s own reported results for their own engagement and are not a prediction about yours.

Using it

Read it, print it, send someone the link. Do not copy the writing, the design or the images for your own use; try to break into it; use it to send anything unlawful; or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else.

What belongs to whom

The words, the design, the typography arrangement and the code are ours, except where they are not.

Client work shown on this site belongs to the clients. It appears with their permission, and their names, marks and materials remain theirs. Client quotations are published with the named individual’s agreement. Nothing on this site transfers any of that to a reader.

Where we link to someone else’s site we are pointing at it, not vouching for it.

What we do not promise

We try to keep the site accurate and available. We do not promise it is either. Pages change, figures date, and a site can go down. Nothing here is a warranty.
