Who we are
Pixel Flares Global Limited is the controller of the personal data described on this page. We are registered in Malawi, company number COY-RQUL45V, and there is no other Pixel Flares company.

What we collect
From the contact form, because you typed it: your name, your company, your email address, optionally a phone number, what you are launching, roughly when, and anything else you chose to write.
From your browser, automatically: ⟦the honest list of what’s installed at launch. At minimum, server access logs including IP address, user agent and the pages requested. Name Google Analytics 4 and what it records, if it goes live⟧
We do not ask for payment details on this site, we do not run an account system, and there is nothing on either site to log into.

Contact form submissions are stored in the website’s own database and emailed to us. Enquiries from both the global site and the Malawi section are stored in the same EU-hosted database.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it goes
The website and its database are hosted in the European Union. We work from Malawi and from the United Kingdom, so personal data held in the EU is accessed from Malawi.

What you can ask for
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to us holding it on the basis of legitimate interests, and ask for it in a portable form. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
