The identity is the easy part. The system that carries it isn’t.
Most brand work stops at the moment it becomes useful.
You get a logo, a palette, a type scale and a PDF, and then someone has to make a trade stand, a pitch deck, a set of paid social assets and a product sheet, and the brand quietly stops looking like itself.
We build the identity and the system that survives contact with a campaign. That means the marks and the rules, and it also means the templates, the asset library and the decisions already made about what happens at small sizes, in one color, on a stand, in print, and in a channel nobody anticipated.
For companies selling something technical, it also means a visual language for explaining the product — diagrams, cutaways, comparison devices — rather than a palette and a hope that the photography works.
The test is simple. Can your team make something on-brand without asking us?
It is also where a product launch is put together — the naming, the proposition, and the set of assets a launch needs before anyone buys media for it.
Process
- 01Audit
What exists, what’s used, and what people actually reach for.
- 02Positioning and identity
The argument first, then the marks that carry it.
- 03System
Type, color, layout, and the rules for the edge cases that break brands.
- 04Assets and templates
The things your team uses on a Tuesday.
- 05Handover
Files, guidance, and a working session, so it survives without us.
What you get
- Naming and proposition
- A name a specifier can use and a customer can repeat, and the proposition in one sentence underneath it
- Identity
- Primary and secondary arrangements, horizontal and stacked where they apply. Full-color, black, white, single-color, and a small-format variant that still reads at icon size
- The system
- Type, color, layout, and the rules for the edge cases that break brands
- Templates
- Built in the tools your team already uses, so nobody has to learn a new one to stay on brand
- Brand guide
- First applications
- The system and its first real-world uses — not a system and a hope
- Handover
- Organized inside your existing environment. If you don’t have one, a structured shared folder you can actually navigate
You have a brand already, and rebranding is a project nobody asked for. Agreed — most of this work isn’t a rebrand. It is finishing one. The identity usually survives; what’s missing is everything underneath it, which is why every new asset becomes a conversation. We can start from what you have and build only the part that’s absent. If the mark genuinely isn’t working, we’ll say so before you pay us to decide it.
