You don’t have a lead problem. You have a qualification problem.

Lead-generation workflow, Pixel Flares, 2026

We build lead generation systems for companies with long sales cycles and small, specific markets — industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, engineering and SaaS.

That means identifying which accounts are actually in market rather than which contacts filled in a form. We read buying signals across the web, enrich what comes back with firmographic, technographic and behavioral data, and focus effort on the accounts that matter instead of broad audiences that never convert.

Then we build the outreach that reaches them — email, LinkedIn and paid, saying the same thing in the language each channel actually rewards — and track the whole funnel from signal to sale, so you can see which part is working.

This is also where the studio work pays off. A campaign that has a film behind it does not have to rely on the subject line.

Process

  1. 01Define buyer signals

What “in market” actually looks like for your product.

  2. 02Build the lead system

Data, enrichment, scoring and routing, connected once.

  3. 03Deploy and optimize

Live across channels, adjusted against what converts.

  4. 04Convert and scale

The accounts that work, done again, with more of them.

What you get

Targeting
ICP criteria, the buying roles that actually decide, and intent or trigger signals
The list
Refreshed through the campaign as signals move. Not exported once and worked until it dies
Channels
Email, LinkedIn, paid retargeting
Sending infrastructure
Your existing domain or a new subdomain, chosen on deliverability rather than convenience
Campaign creative
Made by the studio upstairs, not licensed stock
Reporting
A monthly dashboard and a review call. Weekly on higher-velocity campaigns

Intent data has a reputation, and it earned some of it. Bought lists dressed up as signals, scores nobody can explain, a dashboard that goes green while the pipeline doesn’t move. So we define what a signal means for your product before we buy anything, and we report against pipeline rather than against activity. If the accounts we surface aren’t ones your sales team recognizes as real, the definition is wrong and we fix the definition.
